The project is a residency building for an urb an regeneration area.
The main idea is not to replace the culture but to redifine and develope for better features.
The existing conditions of the region creates a contrast between the old housing and the new university campus which also creates a gap between people. To minimize the differences meanwhile keeping the diversity is the focus of the design proposal.

Architectural and Urban Design for Culture Center for Denizli Municipality.
The center will be organically joined to the culture of the city by using outdoor gathering places, sunshades and an inviting green landscape design.
The project is a Culture Center building and surrounding area design which the NyJHevia office was invited for the competition organized by Denizli Municipality in Turkey.

Culture Center Plaza and Municipal Building Gazipasa -Antalya

Municipal Building & Culture Center -design proposal
[Competition] -2013_Antalya/Turkiye
Municipal Building creates a plaza with a pull back from the main street. The plaza will provide a gathering place for people: a s for social and public events including bazaars and fairs. The form of the building creates a strong and stable existence of the municipality and the openings inside this box creates a space both for nature and the view. The solid-void balance and the placement f the building serves the public while providing a workspace for municipality.
The unity and wholeness that consists of cities will be represented both physically and metaphorically through simple geometry of the design.
Municipal Building and the main plaza will provide a gathering space for people.
In the main square the space will be used for social and public issues including bazaars and fairs.

Plaza de Colon -Madrid

Renovation Project for Plaza de Colon Culture Center –design proposal
NyJH Arquitectos -2007_Madrid/Spain
The renovation project for the Culture Center of La Villa in Plaza Colon in Madrid was in respect of the surrounding buildings which are important part of the city image and history.
La Villa in Plaza Colon in Madrid is considered as an important promenade starting from the Espana Towers and ends with the Museum of Reina Sofia. Which makes the culture corridor and emphasizes every single culture related building as much important as the whole area.
The existing building is replaced with a new design to create an alternative culture plaza which invites people not only to the underground galleries but also creates a new gathering place for people. Outdoor exhibitions, screenings and gatherings is a part of design idea.
