e-studio was founded by Gamze Konca as a space liberated from geography — an architectural practice redefining the idea of the office by existing within digital boundaries rather than anchored to a physical location. This “freedom of unplacement” embraces the notion of not belonging as a creative position: a way of being connected everywhere through a flexible structure allows collaboration beyond borders — a creative network that thrives on connection, awareness, and presence everywhere at once.
The studio’s philosophy stems from freedom: the freedom to create without limits of geography, and to design with sensitivity to people, context, and imagination. Our design approach is both artistic and precise. Each project begins with the client’s needs and expands toward unexpected possibilities — those small yet transformative ideas that make one say, “I didn’t know I needed this.”
We listen to the needs, observe the unseen, and shape ideas that reveal themselves through collaboration. Every project is a chance to offer something slightly unexpected — a gesture that surprises, delights, and resonates.
At e-studio, design is not only about constructing spaces but also about cultivating meaningful experiences within and beyond physical boundaries.

+ Graduated from Architecture Faculty. She has a master’s degree on Urban Design. She worked as a part-time lecturer of Film and Architecture at Istanbul Technical University and at Bahçeşehir University between 2019-2022. Worked in several design projects in collaboration with NyJHevia Architecture Office from Madrid, Spain between 2007-2012. She is still contributing, consulting in various architectural and urban design projects in collaboration with different architectural offices.
+ The artistic approach in her works is reflected through several media; she adores using film and video-art in different genres. In 2014 She was invited as a Jury Member for AVANCA International Film Festival. She worked on several international, architectural, art and film projects in different scales. She is currently working on architectural design projects, meanwhile expanding her artistic skills and productions into various medium and disciplines.

TEAM OF COLLABORATIONS

She graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management, where her curiosity for people, culture, and meaningful communication first took shape. Her professional journey began at Atatürk University, where she continues to work and grow, later completing a second degree in Business Administration to strengthen her understanding of management and leadership.
Between 2009 and 2013, she worked with the TURKIYE SKI FEDERATION, taking an active role in the communication and organization teams of national and international events. Her experience reached a global stage when she served as a delegate in ‘Ski Jumping’ within the Olympic Committee during the 2011 and 2013 Winter Olympics — experiences that deepened her perspective on teamwork, coordination, and the power of shared goals.
Today, she serves in the Administration Department of the Open and Distance Education Faculty at Atatürk University, contributing to academic and organizational development. She is also pursuing her master’s degree in Management and Organization at Erzurum Technical University, continuing to explore how people, systems, and creativity connect. A passionate traveler and devoted mother to her little princess, she brings insight, empathy, and refined communication to our studio — shaping how we share our story with authenticity and purpose.
